You have to remember that any gestures you do will be felt by your caller, same as what you feel about him or her.

When answering some interview questions, you have to avoid just answering yes and no especially when the question implies that you need to elaborate on something. On the other hand, you don’t have to be exaggerated in your answers and don’t make it too long. You have to be brief and concise. In short, you have to also be factual in your answers. If you need time to think about the answer to a question, avoid repetitive phrases. Instead, you have to say that you need some time to think about it because there is nothing wrong with that.
