Usually, they ask you to go to their building for the initial interview but now, many firms are adapting to the concept of phone interview to minimize cost and effort to them and to the interviewee.

Make sure you have a copy of the resume that you submitted to them. Post it and then prepare an impressive spiel once they called you up. It must be short and concise. Have a pen and paper handy so that you can easily write down the details that they are going to tell you. You might forget some of the information that they will tell you on the spot so make sure that you have written all of them. It could be names, places, or phone number of the person that you are going to see incase you have been considered for the next screening step.
